In the years from 2013 to 2020, Riccardo studied at the University of Innsbruck, pursuing university courses that lead him to earn a bachelor’s degree in translation studies in 2017 and a law degree in 2020.
His foreign experience, educational background and having tried his hand as a translator enable him to speak English and German fluently in addition to Italian.
His collaboration with the Faculty of Italian Law at the University of Innsbruck, which began in 2019 as an assistant professor of commercial and civil law, continues to this day with a PhD, that combines his teaching activities with an in-depth study of the issues of digitalization and new technologies, with a focus on data protection and regulatory developments induced by technological innovation.
As a further complement to his training and course of research on data protection, he is qualified as DPO under the master’s degree completed in July 2022.
He started his collaboration with Opilex in 2022 dealing mainly with labour law and privacy management and protection.
