Opilex’s Privacy & IT Compliance department assists all kinds of business realities in the analysis of data protection and IT compliance aspects, in close connection with the disciplines naturally adjoining to it, from labor law, to M&A, to corporate.

Our expertise ranges from assisting the company in the correct application of the EU/679/2016 (GDPR) Regulation, to a suitable construction and management of data protection models, through the creation and/or revision of the necessary corporate documentation – from the corporate privacy organization chart, to data processing agreements, to co-ownership agreements.

At the same time, the department deals with the evaluation and analysis of the legitimacy of personal data processing carried out by third parties with the possible activation of all necessary tools to ensure the protection of their rights.

We guarantee assistance in the case of proceedings before the Data Protection Authority, as well as in ordinary judicial venues.

Our professionals have long been performing frequent lectures at private and public, Italian and foreign accreditation bodies.
