The stages of a business crisis are monitored in advance through processes of analysis and identification of the most appropriate procedure for handling the insolvency, as well as in litigation related to the admission and management of insolvency proceedings, such as debt restructuring agreements, reorganization plans, continuation arrangements, extraordinary administration of large insolvent companies, and administrative compulsory liquidations.
The department also places its expertise at the service of clients for proactive management of compliance aspects of Legislative Decree 231/01.
The roadmap typically offered to our interlocutors, ranges from risk assessment, aimed at the identification of all potentially sensitive activities, to the integrated construction of organizational and control models, and cooperation in the implementation and functional verification of information flows between the SB and the Company, intervening where required also by actively participating as members of the supervisory bodies.
