The Commercial department supports client companies both in the ordinary management phases of the company and in the development and implementation of extraordinary operations that the company should access in the course of its life.

In particular, it supports companies in the management of corporate sub-supply contracts and their critical issues.

In ordinary management we offer concrete and constant day by day support, keeping the relationship between the company and the relevant professional solid and stable. In the case of more complex and non-routine interventions, the consulting intervention is characterized by the natural interconnection with the other departments of Opilex law firm, supporting the company from the ideational and constituent moments, up to the transformation, M&A processes, with the constant integration of the other departments of Opilex.

In the area of business contracting, we are at the entrepreneur’s side from the negotiation, drafting and modification of contractual texts, to the delicate stage of contractual terminations. When required, we offer constant and in-person support by way of secondment from the corporate legal department.
