During her years of professional activity, Elisa has acquired extensive experience in relevant and important sectors such as risk management, jurisprudence relating to the ex law decree 231/01 (ex d.lgs 231/01), and privacy law.
In particular, she has worked with large national and multinational corporations as well as numerous public agencies and departments, efficiently and effectively assisting those management groups in compliance and audit activities related to privacy regulation and data protection. She has also regularly advised clients on corporate obligations as per the ex law decree 231/01, in anti-corruption and transparency requirements, creating and structuring complex organizational solutions.
She is a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as well as member of numerous ex law decree 231/01 watchdog organizations, both within government departments/agencies and for private international corporations.
Furthermore, Elisa has authored numerous articles and whitepapers relating to the above-mentioned topics and appears regularly in industry publications belonging to the Il Sole 24 Ore group. She is often involved as an expert and/or panelist in upper level training events/programs, besides being invited to M.A./professional training level courses and conferences.
She joined Opilex in July 2019, concurrently with the opening of the Verona office, of which she is Team Principal, and the Trento office.
