Claudio Vitale, has always dealt with labor law and industrial relations throughout his career, consolidating his training, since his years of legal practice, on issues of dismissals, procurement, business transfers and union law, both in and out of court.
In 2019, he gives life to his own professional project, setting up his own law firm in Milan, through which he protects the interests of small and medium-sized companies in the area of labor law, assisting them in personnel management, labor relations and court litigation.
He met Opilex in 2021 and after a very short gestation, joined the legal brand, sharing its systematic approach and philosophy made up of constant monitoring of the labor market and its changes, also orienting himself toward operational solutions that succeed in preventing litigation and disputes.
